I got a new scanner with a transparency adapter and I finally got it set up on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2003. (Microtek Scanmaker 5900, by the way, an excellent deal for $149.) I wanted to try out the transparency feature, so I scanned a bunch of B&W slides I shot while a student at the University of Delaware. It must have been around 1979 or 1980.
